LEVEL ONE CLASSES

Slow Flow/Foundations 1hr 15min schedule

For the Summer we combine our Beginner 101 & Slow Flow Classes into one class, Slow Flow/Foundations. If you are new to yoga we recommend taking several of these foundation classes prior to trying a Hatha Flow Yoga classes for safety reasons.

Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga. Get a thorough introduction to yoga in a gentle way . Take a close look at the most commonly practiced poses and learn how to modify them for your ability or body type.

The selected postures conclude with a ten minute savasana (relaxation pose) that allows you to let go of tension and mind chatter.

LEVEL TWO CLASSES

Hatha Flow Yoga 1hr 15min schedule

Designed for students with experience in basic poses. Hatha Flow Yoga has an energetic yet comfortable flow as we move through sequences that build confidence of alignment in essential yoga poses. After awakening the body with Sun Salutations we progress to flowing sequences investigating the
connection between breath, movement and mind.

NOTE: Saturday 9am class is 1 hr 30mins with a longer meditation practice (up to 30 mins)

Hatha Flow Plus+ (Tuesdays 7pm) 1hr 30min
schedule

More challenging ‘workshop style’ class than our Hatha Flow classes. Designed for the student with at least 6 months of a solid Hatha Flow Yoga experience. This class will have a slightly longer meditation and we will work towards more challenging poses. This class will have a slightly faster flow and is not appropriate for students with injuries.

Core Yoga (abs) schedule

This flow style class focuses on your center using the abdomen, lower back and buttocks to improve posture to create abdominal and back strength and flexibility. In this class we will learn how to move from the core of the body and the relationship of the core to our yoga practice.
