It will help you get into the 'zone' that state of relaxed awareness in which peak performance occurs. Yoga for Golfers Improve your game by targeting the areas of your body that affect your swing, stamina, mental acuity, balance and coordination. Yoga will help your body become more limber and even heighten your concentration. All handicaps and fitness levels welcome! Yoga for Hockey Yoga is perfect for Hockey Players. Improve your core strength, gain freedom of the breath mental clarity and flexibility. We have hosted several Hockey clubs and all have benefited from a yoga practice. Yoga for Runners Focus on finding freedom from the ground up, from massaging the feet and learning self care of the feet to lengthening the leg muscles, buttocks and hips. Yoga breathing can help you find your stride! We provide the space and the instructor Class Rates: Up to 90 minutes (2-10 people) $150 per class
