Class Styles

Core Yoga

Fascia and Flow is a Yoga class specially designed to work on fascial release while combining Yoga movements.

Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga is rooted in Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga, where movement is accompanied by breath. You will find yourself fluidly moving from pose to pose with fewer long holds and more constant movement.
Some prior Yoga experience is encouraged before trying this class.

Hatha Flow Yoga
These classes incorporate more energetic, flowing sequences in which you build strength and flexibility while exploring the connection between your breath, movement, and mind. Occasionally, we explore advanced poses playfully and safely.

Hatha with Meditation
This class includes traditional Hatha postures, emphasizing synchronizing movement and breath. Expect creative sequencing with various dynamic postures and more, followed by a savasana and a guided meditation.

Pilates
Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your core and build strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, and stability. Pilates emphasizes technique and form with props such as bands and weights!

Restorative Yin is a gentle practice of Yoga that targets opening the fascia, connective tissue and larger muscles of the body. This class uses a variety of props such as bolsters, blocks, cushions and blankets.

Restorative Yoga is accentuated by its profoundly relaxing sequences. Using bolsters, cushions, blankets, eye pillows, body weights, and more, this deeply relaxing practice uses passive and supported postures to free the body of tension and stress.
