Beginner Yoga 101


This 8-week workshop series is the perfect set of classes for any Yogi to join! Whether you’re new to the practice of Yoga and unsure where to begin, or simply looking to refine your current practice, this series is designed for everyone!

This 8-week series is led by seasoned and devoted Yogi, Sue Mac Henry, who will guide you through everything you need to know. The upcoming 8-week series will run from Sept. 10th to Oct. 29th, every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM. Upon completion, you’ll receive a 2-week unlimited membership to access all of the studio’s classes!

Admission: $140.00 (+ tax) per person

Location: Open Space Yoga Studio, 4880 Delta St.
