This 8-week workshop series is the perfect set of classes for any Yogi to join! Whether you’re new to the practice of Yoga and unsure where to begin, or simply looking to refine your current practice, this series is designed for everyone! This series is led by seasoned and devoted Yogi, Sue Mac Henry, who will guide you through everything you need to know. The upcoming 8-week series will run from Jan. 7th to Feb. 25th, every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM.
