What is myofascial release? Myofascial release is a therapeutic technique aimed at relieving tension in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. The approach involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to areas of tightness or restrictions in the fascia to help release tension, improve blood flow, and restore normal movement. This workshop will teach you how you can do myofascial release, and give you all the tools you’ll need to help muscle aches and stiffness!
