Hey, cyclists, we have a special class just for you! Join Shelley on July 16th for an evening dedicated to Yoga for cyclists. All proceeds will be donated to the Boundary Bay Cycling Club Jersey Fund! This class is designed specifically for cyclists and will focus on four main components!
