Join Shelley Latendresse for our exciting upcoming 4-week yoga series, thoughtfully designed and curated specifically for cyclists! Throughout the series, you'll focus on techniques that improve your posture and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Each session will guide you through targeted practices that not only complement your cycling routine but also promote recovery and relaxation. Every Sunday, from November 17th to December 8th. Each class will run from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM.
