Sue is known for her authentic, non-competitive teaching style in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Flow, Yin, and Restorative; encouraging growth of the physical and spiritual through compassion-centered, interconnected disciplines, creative sequencing, and powerful, thought-provoking philosophical meditations.

Shelley Latendresse
With more than 20 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in neurology with children and adults, Shelley has practiced yoga since the 90’s , but she truly embraced the fullness of the practice after a series of concussions from 2016 forced her to slow down, focus on body and mind awareness and get in tune with her nervous system. She then added full yoga training and certifications to her tool kit, training in the Modern Yoga Method, (anatomy and nervous system based) .
Much of Shelley’s teaching experience is unique as she has combined it with her OT practice; teaching adaptive yoga, post concussion yoga, children’s yoga, sport specific yoga, post covid recovery and injury recovery yoga. She hopes to offer workshops of the like at Open Space.
Shelley is positive, encouraging, creative and loves flowy moves that help our nervous systems reset. She helps you discover that yoga is an empowering and healing way of moving, breathing, thinking and being.
