Principles of Teaching
What will you learn? Key concepts including cueing, verbal assistance, classroom experience, demonstrations, and teaching online.

Principles of Cuing
What will you learn? Position, language, introdution to cuing, cuing the breath, the 3 steps of cuing.

Principles of Sequencing
What will you learn? Class structure, peak pose, vinyasa and transitions, and how to open your class sequences.
Anatomy & Movement

Asana
What will you learn? Key concepts of Asana and Vinyasa (i.e., poses and movements) such as Surya Namaskar, neutral standing postures, externally rotated standing poses, neutral standing poses twists, core and hand balancing, active hip openers, inversions, backbends, seated and reclined postures.

Anatomy
What will you learn? Intro to integral anatomy, language of anatomy, anatomy of bones, joints, and breathing. Overview of the nervous system, circulatory system, and injuries.

What will you learn? How to lead pregnant individuals safely through Yoga classes. You'll gain insights into the physiological changes of pregnancy and how to modify postures to enhance a comfortable class experience.

Intro to Yin & Sound Healing
What will you learn? Quiet and contemplative practice with sound bath healing combined. Focus on connective tissue and deep release, passive stretching, and cultivating deep internal awareness.
